If we regard ‘Hume’s Puzzle’ as criticism of Vorstellung, Hume could be turned out not to be one who harbors suspicion against the relation but to be one who indicates the former insensitive understanding about the relation. The article shows how any kind of relation comes from Hume’s Puzzle by using the causality. To begin with, we choose some particular thoughts are following the latter point of Hume‘s Puzzle. First, the Possibility of any kind of relation would be examined by Fredric Jameson’s analysis of Modernity. This examination will revolve around Descartes. Through reading Cogito into action of Vorstellung, Cogito will be presented in reason about which, and by producing of homogeneous space, and not to be subjectivity but to be meeting place between subject-object. Now the separation is provided for Vorstellung. Second is about Schopenhaur’s Vorstellung. In his thoughts, ‘Vorstellung has a reason’ turns into the law of ‘Vorstellung always has a reason’. The Causality became a reason of Vorstellung. Third, we explore how ‘Der Satz vom Grund’ could be applied to whole Being throgh the process of ‘Vorstellung-reason’ turns into ‘Vorstellung-Sein’ .At last, ‘Der Satz vom Grund’ is applied to whole Vorstellung which is production of formation of relation. We see formal potential clarifying all of relations without the power of God. Finally, Hume’s Puzzle make a redefinition of the term ‘modern thinking’ as ‘Vorstellung-reason’ system rather than ‘subjectivity’. The attempt to seek a ‘basis of relation’ is repeated in modern thinking. Philosophical thinking about the concept of relation is inclined to regard as a recent trend. However, if we are taking our mind off the thoughts of Hume’s Puzzle including insensibility of relation, the relation will be still veiled.
